The double room is comfortable, quiet and very useful. It has a bunk bed, is spacious, with lots of ambient light. It is fully furnished and located in one of the best areas of Barcelona: the "Sagrada Familia" is the perfect place to meet this architectural wonder, is surrounded by 2 beautiful plazas, and a promenade, where you can enjoy the best food.
The Single Room has a single bed. Ideal for those looking for a place to rest, very cheap, and being in the city center just 5 blocks from the Sagrada Familia, a 20 minute walk from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas.
It has all the necessary services for your convenience. Towels and bedding included. The apartment is on the inside of the block and not hear the noise of the city. It is located on the mezzanine (first floor) with lift. The floor consists of: a large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen,washer, dryer, living room, TV and internet.
All expenses included. The bathroom, kitchen, living room, etc. will be shared.
The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, with 4 supermarkets within a radius of 200 meters. Well connected with greater availability of transport: metro, bus, night bus.
A 20 minute walk from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. Very well connected, 4 streets, stop Sagrada Familia, 2 subway lines: Line 5, Line 2. And 4 blocks, stop Joanic, Line 4, and 15 minutes to the beaches!.
The nearest subway is the Sagrada Familia, 5 blocks (L2, L5) 5 minute walk, in that 15 minutes will be on "Las Ramblas", "Gothic," "The Terminal" and Joanic Metro 4 blocks ( L4) is a 5 minute walk, to go to the beach in 15 minutes the famous "Barceloneta". If you do not like walking, there is a bus stop in the street, with lots of connections.
